After all those weeks
Months
Maybe years
I should be over you.
But I just can't forget
The way you smiled to me
Or the way you looked when you said
That you would stay with me
Forever.
Not when I know
That every word you said
Was a lie.
Everytime I saw you
Looked at you
Stared at you
I saw the time we spend together.
Laughing or crying,
Wispering or shouting,
Running or walking.
But I never thought that all I did,
Was running to the sound
Of my own tears.
