De derde al ondertussen. Wat begon als een manier om Captain te helpen met het behalen van haar diploma is ondertussen een onderdeel van onze jaarkalender geworden.

Deze keer hebben we het ingepland voor juli. We hopen daarmee dat er meer mensen mee zullen doen, omdat het dan vakantie is - en wat is er leuker dan met goed weer er een boek bij te pakken?

Er is echter wel iets anders. Zomer betekent niet alleen goed weer en vrije tijd, maar vaak ook veel plannen. Daarom kan je nog steeds een maand meedoen, voor heel juli, maar kan je ook minder lang meedoen.
Hoe dan? We splitsen de maand op in twee keer twee weken, van 1 tot en met 14 juli en van 17 tot en met 31 juli.

Zoals altijd beslis je het aantal pagina's zelf, welke boeken je wil lezen zelf, en hoeveel je per dag leest zelf. De enige voorwaarde is nog steeds dat je de boeken in kwestie nog niet gelezen mag hebben.

Dit is nog maar het pre-topic, om te pijlen of er interesse is en om alvast te gaan brainstormen over welke boeken je wil lezen en kletsen met elkaar om, eventueel, een aftrapmeeting te plannen zodat we op 1 juli allemaal samen ergens in een parkje (in Nederland?) kunnen gaan zitten lezen.

Ik doe mee! Uiteraard. Aangezien ik de bovenkant van m'n boekenkast leeg wil hebben, ga ik voor een doel van tussen de 6.000 en 8.000 pagina's. Dat ga ik waarschijnlijk niet halen, maar 't is in ieder geval een uitdaging. Ik weet nog niet exact welke boeken ik hier wil gaan lezen, maar ik vind de overzichtjes er altijd heel aanstekelijk uitzien dus nu ga ik het goede voorbeeld geven. Ik reserveer dus maar alvast de dunnere boeken bovenop m'n kast:

Helaas kan ik 1 juli niet komen, vanwege stage.

Ohja,en aangezien het opgespiltst word in twee weken wil ik ernaar streven om twee boeken te lezen. Dus het aantal pagina's hangt af van welke boeken ik kies

Dat komt neer op 4.502 pagina. Ik denk dat ik er ongeveer 5.000 wil lezen, maar ik ga wat ruimte openlaten voor vervolgen op de boeken die ik al in mijn lijst heb staan.
